Shipping, Returns & Order Policy All sales are final.
Processing & Shipping
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
For pre-order items, please allow 6–8 weeks for dispatch unless otherwise noted.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International Shipping
International orders are processed within 2 weeks and typically arrive within 12 business days following dispatch, depending on your local postal service.
Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Order Cancellations & Address Changes
All sales are final and orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Address change requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered processing or shipped.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been collected by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier and the customer. For delivery-related issues, please contact your local UPS provider directly.
Customers are responsible for being available to receive their delivery on the scheduled date.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once in the care of the shipping carrier. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our products, we are unable to process exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our sizing chart before placing your order.
In the rare event of a shipping error caused by the carrier, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to our facility for any reason, it will be refunded and restocked. We do not reship returned orders.
Issues With Your Order
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending a direct message to @4everaohk or email Support@aohk.store. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
All inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis.
